More than 25 thousand Croatians declared: These are the TOP 10 most desirable employers in the processing industry!

The most desirable employers in Croatia in the processing industry are Rimac Group, INA - Industrija nafte, Atlantic Grupa, Pliva Hrvatska and Coca - Cola HBC Hrvatska, according to the research "Employer of the first choice", MojPosao published on Wednesday.

Research on first-choice employers was conducted by Alma Career Croatia through the MojPosao portal on a sample of more than 25,000 respondents during 2023. The research is conducted on an annual basis for the 19th year in a row.

In sixth place among the ten most desirable employers in the processing industry is Jadran-Galenski laboratory, seventh is Podravka, eighth is Končar, ninth is Jamnica plus, and tenth is Kraš.

According to the results of the research, slightly less than half of the respondents, 48 ​​percent of them, pointed out opportunities for advancement in the profession and the possibility of learning as what attracts them to the most desirable employers in the processing industry. Good interpersonal relations and a positive atmosphere at the workplace came second on the list (42 percent), and good treatment of employees by superiors (41 percent) came third. Other factors include job security and the company's good reputation.
