The annual research survey collects information from the general public about their most desirable employers, as well as the reasons why these companies have earned their place on their 'most desirable' list. The data has multiple benefits because it provides information about what is important to your potential employees when choosing an employer, and it serves as the foundation for developing your employer branding strategy. The most attractive and the most desirable employers are not always the biggest and strongest, but those who understand the wants and desires of their employees and, consequently, establish and enjoy a solid reputation among the general public.

The research methodology is 'top of mind awareness', which means that there are no suggestions or offered names of employers, but the respondent states the employers he considers the most desirable and why he perceives them as such. Based on the number of achieved points, a list of the most desirable is generated. Research is conducted on a representative demographic sample in the Republic of Croatia via online survey questionnaires.
